How do I measure my dog for the right fit?

Measure from the base of the neck (behind the collar) along the back to the base of the tail. Have the dog stand squarely on all four paws and as still as possible. Inches equal size. If you dog measures 12 inches down his back, he/she wears a size 12 coat.

How do I clean my dog coat?

Easy. Cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry, no iron, no bleach.

How will my order be shipped?

We charge $6 (first coat) for shipping and handling and $3 for each additional coat. Shipment is made via US Postal Service or UPS, and usually takes 1-5 business days. Other shipping arrangements can be made to suit your needs, at additional costs, if any. Canadian and International shipments are handled on an individual basis.
